The Creative Koori program has brought established musicians Buddy Knox and Loren Ryan on board for its Aboriginal artist development workshops.
"There is that much talent it's crazy, everywhere you go, and I want to help them with the talents they have in music," Mr Knox said.
"It's not about the money, it's about the excitement of seeing the talent come through."
The programs are run by 2 Rivers and cover everything from arts in Gomeroi language, music, visual art or digital projects.
It has received state government funds to the tune of $120,000 to amplify the voices and culture of local Indigenous artists.

"We've been able to secure enough funding to have a massive reach across the state," she said.
"We're really excited to include 50 free mentoring sessions with Buddy Knox."
The programs will run from August 1 for the next 12 months to develop and increase the skills of Aboriginal artists. For more information visit 2rivers.com.au.
