"We're in for a lovely wet weekend across so much of NSW," meteorologist Helen Reid said.
"We are expecting a cold front to move slowly across the state with sufficient moisture in it to bring lovely rainfall to wide areas."
The region can expect anywhere up to 15mm of rain on Sunday before temperatures dip on Monday and Tuesday, bringing with it the chance of snow to some parts.

Meanwhile, there is a chance of snow in Hanging Rock, Walcha, Guyra and areas surrounding those places.

The snow is predicted for Monday and Tuesday with the latter looking like the most likely time to see some powder.
BoM's MetEye website shows a chance of snow in some areas throughout Monday before becoming more widespread from 4am to 7am on Tuesday morning.
