It follows the directive last week that they could resume restricted training.
Publicity officer Megan Cruickshank said training wasn't compulsory but they were thrilled to see so many girls in attendance.
"Most of the girls were excited to finally get back on the court and with their friends/team-mates and enjoying netball again," she said.
In line with the guidelines Netball NSW for returning to training, she said they have brought in a number of precautions including sessions only going for an hour, social distancing at all times and signing in before training. Players are also allocated to a court with a maximum of 10 people (including coaches) per court.
No spectators are permitted and players will have to sanitise before and after training.

For now it is only the rep sides that are back training, but the TNA is working on getting everything set up for the winter Saturday competition, which they hope will get underway on July 18 with the grand finals on September 29.
The association is also hopeful of running Monday night ladies and Thursday night mixed competitions in Term 3.
In a post on social media the TNA said they were "very excited to announce that pending the continuation of Covid19 restrictions easing and the restrictions at the time allowing, we will be running a Monday night ladies competition commencing the 20th of July and a Thursday Night Mixed competition commencing 23rd July".
Both competitions are proposed to run for 10 weeks.
