All of them are on the agenda at tonight's Tamworth Regional Council meeting, that the Leader will bring to you live from 6:30pm.
It's been said that preparation is the key to success and tonight Tamworth Regional Council has a number of plans on the table to direct the future of the city.
On the agenda is Blueprint 100, a 50-odd page document that sets out the road map to lift the region to a higher standard of living and increase the population to 100,000 by 2041.
The council itself acknowledges the six-figure growth goal is not-so-likely, with projections placing Tamworth's population at 80,000 by 2041 with a growth-rate of one per cent.
In the sports arena, the councillors will vote on the Sports and Recreation Plan that sets out goals for new facilities in the next decade.
If the plan gets the green light tonight, the plan will go up for public exhibition for the next 28 days.
Viaduct Park could also be in for some embellishments after the new skate park, that opened exactly a year ago today, lifted its status to a regional park.
That means it will receive a higher level of maintenance as it begins to service more people; plus the new youth cafe looks to be on the cards for the end of the year.
With the council meetings restricted to once a month now, there are a fair few developments on the agenda.
