The Draft Annual Operational Plan 2020-21 and proposed budget, draft fees and charges and revenue policy are up for public exhibition.
The budget includes more than $90 million in capital works, TRC mayor Col Murray said.
"Council has its annual budget on public display at the moment and we are asking the community to pop on the website and have a look at that," he said.
"One of the notable features is our capital works component of the budget which is in excess of $90 million and that's been carefully considered by council to try and generate as much stimulus across predominantly our construction industry and our civil construction industry to try and get jobs going and our economy going as much as we can."
The next budget session is next Monday, May 25.
Two sessions will be held at the same time, the online session will focus on the outlying villages of Nundle, Kootingal, Moonbi, Bendemeer, Dungowan, Woolomin and Hanging Rock.
