Morgan plans to enter Blazing Tycoon in the Highway at Rosehill Gardens on June 13.
The Australian Bloodstock-owned horse is set to get a promotion after Andrew Gibbons rode him to a narrow victory over the Grant Marshall-trained Achi Baba (Luke Cumberland) in the Savannah Park Motor Inn Tamworth Class 3 Handicap (1400m) at Tamworth on Monday.
In Blazing Tycoon's previous start, at Tamworth on April 26, he also won over 1400m.
He's proven himself up here, winning his last two.

Tamworth-based Morgan said: "He's proven himself up here, winning his last two.
"It's the most logical thing to do to go down [to Sydney] and see how he goes."
Morgan has only had Blazing Tycoon this campaign, which commenced with a sixth place at Armidale on March 29.
