The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to a property near Bingara following reports of a horse riding accident.
The girl had sustained shoulder injuries after falling from a horse.
The 14-year-old girl was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter critical care medical team before being flown to Tamworth hospital for further treatment.

The patient was in a stable condition.
The callout came after the rescue helicopter was tasked to separate motorbike accidents over the weekend.
On Saturday, the helicopter was called to a motorbike rider who had suffered serious injuries when he crashed south of Glen Innes on the New England Highway.
And on Sunday, a rider was flown to John Hunter Hospital after he crashed while riding his trail bike in the Nundle State Forest, just east of Nundle.
