Organised by the Tamworth Business Chamber, Tuesday's webinar will cover the Warriors unique exposure to the virus, how it has affected their business model and the changes Mr George had to make to keep the business viable.
The team has been overwhelmed by the support from the city and now even the head coach is sporting a cowboy hat as a nod to Tamworth, Mr George said.
"The coverage we have received across international media and domestic has been way beyond our normal indicators," he said.
"The Tamworth story is a huge part of that, the fact that we've been the first team in any sporting code to be granted exemption to create a quarantine bubble has been a blueprint of what can happen and how to do it.
"That was made so much easier with the local support."
The Warriors were granted a federal government exemption to enter Australia in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
A group of about 40 players and support staff flew directly from New Zealand to Tamworth, where the airport was transformed into an international airport for the occasion.
The team have spent the last two-and-a-bit weeks in isolation at the Mercure, and used Scully Park to train in the hopes the NRL season can restart on May 28.
The Warriors have offered free online memberships to the Tamworth community and about 1000 people have signed up.
Tamworth Business Chamber president Jye Segboer said the webinar will be an outstanding opportunity to hear directly from the chief executive of a unique business.
"While we don't have any sporting clubs that are a business like the Warriors in the Tamworth region, there is a lot we can learn from how they operate and how they think," he said.
"There will be information and ideas discussed in this webinar that will have transferable information to our local businesses and the ideas that they can take home and look to implement in their own businesses.
"While COVID-19 has had a horrible impact worldwide, this is an opportunity to see some silver lining.
