From Friday, groups of 10 will be able to gather for outdoor fitness bootcamps under strict guidelines.
Participants must stay 1.5 metres apart during the sessions, as well as bring their own exercise mat, towel and drink bottle.

F45 Tamworth will be among the first groups to resume exercise, emailing its clients of the change to its system.
"As you would have heard already, the COVID-19 restrictions have been eased and we have been given the green light to organise outdoor classes," the email read.
Similarly, Fit2Function's Adam Brook said his group will also be looking to resume training next week.
"We will be up and running on Monday morning in a boot camp setting," Mr Brook told the Leader.
"First and foremost, we want to make sure we are doing the right thing by everybody.
"The safety of our members is our top priority, so we have been very busy looking at making sure we are able to do what we want to do, while keeping everyone safe."
However, not all fitness groups are eager to resume training straight away.
CrossFit 2340 co-owner Veronica Pearson said the bootcamp idea doesn't work for her group.
"Tomorrow's [Friday's] restrictions are of no benefit to us at all and it's something we didn't get too excited about or even consider," Ms Pearson said.
"Our equipment is currently with our members and the logistics of running a bootcamp doesn't work for us."
Despite not running bootcamps, Ms Pearson said she was confident her members would be back together training soon.
"Our members are excited that they can get together in an open area and workout to our Zoom CrossFit classes," she said.
"We are looking forward to be given the go ahead with the reopening of the gym.
"We do know that it will look very different to how we normally do things, but we are prepared for that."
Snake CrossFit founder Jake Douglas echoed Ms Pearson's sentiments, saying his group would rather "wait and see" when restrictions would be lifted even further.
"At the moment, it probably doesn't change a whole lot for us," Mr Douglas said.
"Everything's a bit grey at the moment, so we're more inclined to wait and see for the time being.
"We're not going to rush into going outdoors just for the sake of it."
Mr Douglas said despite taking a slower approach, his team was eager to get back into training.
"We understand people are eager, want to get back into it and we want to get back to work," he said.
"However, the last thing we want to do is rush and deliver a less than quality product to our members.
"Hopefully once all of this is over, we will experience an influx of our existing members and some new members as well."
