On Sunday, the 20-year-old woman failed to stop for officers on Kamilaroi Highway, police say.
During the pursuit, it's alleged she reached speeds of 240km/h in a 110km/h zone.
When police pulled the blue Ford Falcon over, the driver was found to not only be a learner driver, but one whose license was suspended.
Officers conducted a search of the car, and found an unspecified amount of 'Ice' and drug paraphernalia.
Police say two male passengers were spoken to, with their inquiries into these finds continuing.
The driver was arrested and taken back to Gunnedah Police Station.
