The road opened about 8:30pm once crews had righted the vehicle and removed it from the road.
Minor repair works will need to be completed after the road was damaged in the incident.
Tuesday night
ONE lane of Daruka Road remains closed as crews clear debris from the roadway.
Tamworth Regional Council said there will be intermittent closures as council workers and emergency services right the semi-trailer that rolled in the crash.
Drivers should expect continuing delays and drive with care.

EMERGENCY services have rushed to the scene of a semi-trailer rollover where a middle-aged man was reportedly trapped inside.
Police, paramedics and firefighters have attended the scene on Daruka Road and a 53-year old male has been rushed to Tamworth Hospital.
The truck was a refrigerated trailer carrying kangaroo meat that rolled about 3pm on Tuesday, just south of Moore Creek Road near Wyndham Close.
Emergency services were called to the scene shorty after, including one pumper from Tamworth Fire and Rescue NSW and the HAZMAT team.
The condition of the man inside or the cause of the semi-trailer rollover is still unknown, but paramedics managed to stabilise the driver before he was transported to hospital.
Daruka Road has been shut while fire crews deal with a spillage of diesel and the truck itself is recovered, drivers should expect major delays on the road.
None of the diesel spillage has entered the nearby waterways.

The road is closed just north of the Wyndham Close intersection and will remain closed for hours.
There is no through road past the Wyndham Close turnoff, access to Elizabeth Drive will be through Upper Moore Creek Road.
