The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was called to a property between Gunnedah and Coonabarabran to treat an 85-year-old woman who was suffering a serious medical condition.
The critical care team arrived on the scene at a property in Rocky Glen at about 7am on Wednesday.

The aircraft's medical crew were tasked with treating an 85-year-old woman at the property, who was suffering a serious cardiac condition, a spokesperson for the helicopter service confirmed.
The rescue helicopter transported the woman directly to Tamworth hospital for further treatment.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter confirmed the woman was in a critical condition when she arrived at Tamworth hospital on Wednesday.
It's the second mission in three days to Gunnedah for the rescue service.
A baby boy was flown from Gunnedah to John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle on Monday night in a serious condition.
The chopper was tasked to the Gunnedah hospital about 6:25pm on Monday after reports a baby was suffering from a serious medical issue and needed urgent attention.
