Armidale detectives swooped on the three suspects - all teenagers - on Saturday as part of investigations into the violent break-in.
A 16-year-old boy and 17-year-old were arrested on Saturday morning in Armidale without incident, while detectives also charged a 19-year-old man.
All are facing one count of aggravated break-and-enter and commit serious indictable offence.

The juveniles were released on conditional bail to front Armidale Children's Court at a later date, while the 19-year-old was still in custody.
It follows the arrest of another 19-year-old man on Good Friday for the home invasion in Watson Avenue.
He's facing the same charge and was released on conditional bail to front Armidale Local Court at a later date.
Detectives will allege the four broke into the Watson Avenue home on Thursday night and bashed an 18-year-old man inside.
Police claim the four intruders were not armed but stormed the house about midnight.
Five occupants were home at the time, and the four offenders are alleged to have targeted one resident, an 18-year-old man, demanding property.
He was then allegedly assaulted by the intruders, who fled empty-handed, last seen running away from the home.
The victim went to Armidale hospital for shoulder injuries suffered in the attack but was released a short time later.
It's the police case the home invasion was targeted, and the men were all known to one another, and not a random incident.
Detectives have said investigations are continuing.
