"People are panicking about what's going to happen if the have to go into isolation and I was too," Miss Hall said.

"It means you can't really get anything from the supermarket, even with deliveries, half the orders are missing, and what they really need is someone to shop for them."

So, Miss Hall decided to start a Facebook group.

The Tamworth isolation and grocery support group has over 250 members.

The community is built on helping each other out. People who need help buying groceries or those who want to lend a hand are encouraged join the group.

Miss Hall has been avoiding the shops herself as her son chronic lung disease but has been able to lean on her family.

"I'm lucky enough to have a lot of family in town, but a lot of other people don't," she said.

"It's just an idea to try and stop other people having anxiety like I have had."
