The event was set to be held at the Oxley lookout on Saturday, March 28.
"We're definitely looking at rescheduling the event," Westpac Rescue Helicopter community liaison officer Daniel Gillett said.

He said partners and sponsors had expressed interest in holding the event later this year.
"We're just trying to keep everybody in the community safe and that includes everybody who was involved in the ball.
"We know people are going to take care of each other."
Health advice about large gatherings and 'social distancing' during the COVID-19 pandemic has caused a number of local events to be cancelled or postponed.
The event was expected to draw up to 660 guests.
Organisers said further plans and information about the rescue ball will be announced as soon as possible.
