A spot in the grand final is up for grabs and Guyra will be without their top run-scorer Ben Jackson and skipper Charlie White.
Demielle Landsborough will take on the captaincy role while Jason Campbell comes into the side with the rest yet to be determined.
Hillgrove on the other hand are blessed with a full-strength line-up.

They beat Easts easily to survive the first week of finals.
After batting first to make 9-146, they bowled out Easts for 93.
"The first time we've beaten them in a couple of years, they have had the wood on us for a while now," Hillgrove president Dick Heagney said.
Their second and third grade sides took wins too and will play Saturday.
Despite having all three grades on the park, Heagney said it's finals time which means everyone is available.
"Fairly confident going into it, full-strength side and still players to pick from," he said of the first grade match.
"The only change we've got is Hamish Biddle coming in for Dave Schmude [in first grade] other than that we are exactly the same

Heagney said they've got one main thing to improve on.
"Taking catches as well, we were good last week but the week before we weren't that good," he said.
"We improved last week so hopefully we can improve again this week."
It's the same skill White highlighted his Guyra team need to vastly improve on.
"We also took 10,000 kilograms of butter with us on the field [against City] so catches went down," he said.
"We dropped Kyle [Taylor] and Ash [Clee] for 0 and two.
"If they got taken, who knows what could have happened but who knows? Can't dwell on it now.
"At the end of the day, our attitude wasn't great."
