Crawfords Freightlines will be able to operate almost around the clock if its development application is approved by Liverpool Plains Shire Council (LPSC).

LPSC's environmental and economic development services director, Donna Ausling, said the application was still on public exhibition after months because there were errors in the advertisements content and the dates they were required to run. The closing date for public submissions is now April 2.
"Once the exhibition period concludes, council will assess the application and any submissions made. A detailed assessment report will be submitted to the next available council meeting and the application determined at this time," Ms Ausling said.
"At this stage it is anticipated that this will be the April, 2020 council meeting, however, this is dependent on the availability of the assessment report."
If the application is approved, the company will be able to operate from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm on Saturdays, and from 8am-4pm on Sundays and public holidays.
In January, Crawfords' Andrew Ray said the reasoning behind the request was to give the company flexibility and help it to meet the demands of its clients.
Mr Ray said on Wednesday that they weren't worried about the delay because "we want to make sure all consideration is given to the whole process".
"We want everyone to know we're doing things that right way; that's very important to our business," he said.
