That's because she's 16 years old; Georgia was born on February 29, in the leap year of 2004.
"It's a bit weird, but it's pretty cool ... being different," she said.
Georgia was born in Tamworth alongside another leap year child, and in an incredible twist of fate, the mothers already knew each other and are still friends to this day.

"When [Georgia's birthday] falls on the 29th, we have to go over the top a bit, it's a bit more special," her mother Alison Debelle said.
Georgia said there's a little more pressure to celebrate the 'real' birthdays, but waking up on February 29 also brings "the extra little bit of excitement".
In the three years between official birthdays, Georgia usually celebrates on February 28, and her family squeezes a pretend '29' into the calendar, Alison said.
Georgia will spend the remarkable day with friends and family and by going for her learner driver's license.
Georgia and her fellow "leaplings", or kids born on February 29, may have found a way to tap into the fountain of youth.
"She doesn't get an 18th or a 21st ... her 21st will actually be when she's 84, so she'll age gracefully" Alison said.
