Friends and colleagues alike teed off for the eighth annual David Rixon Memorial Golf day, which this year boasted a Scottish theme.
The annual event pays tribute to Senior Constable Rixon, who was gunned down and killed in 2012 in West Tamworth, while performing a routine traffic stop.

Event co-ordinator Aaron Turner said the event was "the perfect way" to remember his mate. "It's a pretty laid back day and is always a bit of fun," Mr Turner told the Leader.
"We have a different theme every year and I think this year's Scottish theme would have really made David laugh."
"It's nice to bring everyone together and pay tribute to such a great bloke."
Officers from as far away as Gunnedah, Walcha and Quirindi made the journey to take part in the day, making up part of the 40-strong crowd of golfers.
"It's really good to see people from right across the region come along and get involved," Mr Turner said.
"David was really well liked and I think this is the perfect way to remember him."
