The Barambah Organics Hell of the West triathlon was held on Sunday with around 300 competitors taking on the Festival of Hell as part of the annual two-day event.

The winner for 2020 was Simon Hearn with a time of 2:50:07'. Sam Betten came in second in the open section with a time of 03:21:42' and Trent Thorpe third at 03:23:23'.
Kerry Morris took out the individual women's title in 3:47:01'. In second, it was down to the last for Meredith Hill in 3:47:08' and third for Sidney Andrew at 03:53:15'.

Super Saturday got underway with the five and 10km charity inferno runs, followed by the starter enticer tri and completed with the Hell Kids triathlon.
There were 86 entrants in the Firestarter Enticer Tri which included a 'hell raising' 200m swim, 7.5km bike ride and two-kilometre run. Thomas Hine from Hammondville in Sydney took out the race for the individual men's in 22:53'. And Goondiwindi local, Megan Morris won it for the girls in 24:17'.
There were 173 juniors this year with much fun had on the course, plenty of smiles and entrants receiving their HOTW visors and Zooper Doopers at the end.
