The Bullets, and league tag team the Missiles, have played in the Group 19 second division season for the last two seasons.
Group 19 made the decision to scrap second division for 2020 and opted for a one-grade men's competition.
Bingara's publicity officer Judy Mack said the re-structure, combined with a continuous battle to attract players, led to the decision to fold for the coming season.
"The decision was not made lightly as the committee has worked hard over the last few months to try and attract a coach and more players but to no avail," she said.
"We could have had a good coach but coaches will not come to a club that struggles for players each week.
"The re-structure of Group 19 does not suit smaller clubs who may struggle for players week-in and week-out.

"It's a shame we will not have Rugby League in Bingara this year, but the decision had to be made due to the start of the competition just around the corner.
"A lot of work goes into preparing and organising the club for the season, therefore the decision had to be made before the start of the competition and unfortunately this is the outcome.
"President Ben Mack said we have struggled for the past few years with numbers and it's not fair on the committed players to go into game day each week lacking players.
"We only have a small amount of local players and we rely on players travelling from surrounding towns.
"The drought has played a big part in this too, players are travelling away for work and times are tough for everyone."
They are not the only two-team club on struggle street with several others revealing to Australian Community Media they may follow suit.
Although they won't take the field this year, there is hope Bingara will return in 2021.
"We would like to thank all the players, local and from away that have supported us loyally," Mack said.
"Our generous sponsors, volunteers and committee members. Special mention to our major sponsor, Bingara Sporting Club.
"Without all of your support it would never happen. During this year the committee plan to do lots of fundraising, so all you loyal Bullets supporters keep an eye out and keep on supporting the Bullets.
"We look forward to coming back bigger and better in 2021."
