For all of the water use fears aired in the lead up, the city's main storage has risen in capacity since the start of the festival.
On Sunday, Chaffey Dam had climbed to 13.4 per cent capacity.

This was up from the 13.06 per cent mark at the start of festival on January 17. Levels got as low as 12.85 per cent on January 23.
It comes after a very wet - and at times wild - weekend of weather which even put some roads, rail and water infrastructure out of action.
The festival downpour will come as come a welcome relief to locals with level 5 restrictions in place and the council considering a 100 litre per day limit should the dam fall to 10 per cent cent capacity.
Water director Bruce Logan said the council's records showed the festival only used an additional five megalitres over the ten-day period period.
Tamworth, Moonbi and Kootingal are using about 19 megalitres per day.
