The Citizen of the Year award went to Mr Ian Bennett for his selfless efforts and involvement in the Manilla Bowling Club as treasurer and as the Manilla Rugby Senior League Club Secretary.
Mr Bennett is president of the men's bowling club, volunteering his time to assist with the social bowls and competitions run at the Manilla club.

In addition to being treasurer, he provides a weekly write up to the Manilla Express.
At the start of 2019, the Manilla Rugby Senior League Club was unsure of its future with no committee, money or team.
Mr Bennett attended the annual meeting and volunteered for the position of secretary.
To ensure the club's success, he wrote letters to sponsors and organised raffles.
Mr Bennett even took up the BBQ tools to cook for the players and supporters before his own celebration at the grand final.
"He is a true measure of a person, thinking of the club before his own pleasure," Manilla Rugby Senior League President, Pat Carlton said.
The Achiever of the Year award recipient is Jodie Sing for her dedication to Staffordshire Bull Terriers as a judge and breeder with international standing.
Ms Sing was first introduced to the breed in 1986.
She attained her judging licence in 2007, allowing her to judge at national and international Stafford Championship shows.
Ms Sing has also given 10 years of service to the NSW Fire Brigade.
Manilla's Young Citizen of the Year is Zac McNeil who dedicates his time to sport.
He has played representative basketball and he has organised, coached and played in the Manilla Central School's boys team.
After a taste of mixed-netball, Zac put together a Manilla Central School boys team which placed in the Schools Cup knock-out competition.
After being approached to join the men's under 20s NSW team Zac played at the men's and mixed netball nationals.
With the help of his teachers, he initiated a year 9/10 boys netball team.
Mr McNeil is a firm believer that sport has so much to offer, promoting physical and mental health, fitness, friendships and building relationships with all different people and personalities.
The Community Event of the Year award went t the 85th Manilla Annual Show. Held over the 22, 23 and 24 March 2019, the Manilla Annual Show was a successful event that brought the community together while facing the drought.
