New England's Elliot Clarke and Lennox Neilson, and Tamworth's Mitchell Scott were part of the Lion's under-13s side that won gold while New England's Charlotte Portell won silver with the Lions girls.
The Lions boys secured the gold with a 3-2 win over Victoria.
It gave them five wins for the tournament, one draw and a loss.
Representing in NSW colours for the first time, Scott also found the back of the net, scoring in their 2-1 win over the NSW Stars' side featuring New England's Archie Clarke and Tom Ball.
The Lions girls recorded two wins, four draws and one loss from their seven games, and finished just a place ahead of their Stars counterparts. The Stars boys went on to finish sixth.

Meanwhile following the men's opens championships, former Tamworth representative Brandan Horner has been named in the Australian Men's Indoor Hockey World Cup squad.
A squad of 25 was selected from the championships comprising players from the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
At present, the International Hockey Federation (FIH) has not announced the details of the next Indoor Hockey World Cup, but it is anticipated it could take place as early as February 2021.
