Michael Foxman appeared in Tamworth Local Court on Monday on three charges, for two separate matters, maintaining pleas of not guilty.
He's accused of being the licensee of the Imperial Hotel Tamworth and permitting indecency on the licensed premises between 7pm on June 14 and 12.30am the next day.
He's also accused of refusing or failing to comply with a request made of the person under this part of the act, without a lawful excuse, in connection to CCTV, between June 27 and July 11.

Foxman had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges in court; on Monday, the acting registrar set the case down for hearing in March. It's expected to run for more than an hour, according to court documents.
Foxman is also accused of furnishing the entertainment area in contravention of the development consent at the hotel between 7pm on June 14 and 12.30am on June 15.
He had already pleaded not guilty and that case is set down for hearing on the same date in March.
The 49-year-old was first charged in June by the Oxley police licensing unit.
