The weekend-long retreat will be held at Echidna Gully and aims to give people a chance to recharge their batteries and enjoy new experiences.
Local businesses and services such as Tamworth's Evolving Minds Kinesiology, Carter Nutrition and Splash On Peel will be on hand to offer expert advice, and to host classes.

Myo and Barn founder Brooke Carrington said the Press Pause Retreat would offer something for everyone.
"In a lot of ways, this experience is really a one-stop shop for people looking to relax, renew and recharge," Mrs Carrington said.
"There will be a lot of different things on offer during the course of the weekend, including: nutrition courses, art classes and holistic health advice.
"There's countless opportunities to relax, have fun and challenge yourself.
"One thing is for sure: the retreat will leave everyone feeling motivated and empowered."
Mrs Carrington said the decision to host the event at the Echidna Gully convention centre near Armidale was designed to encourage allow people to "reset busy minds".
"We hosted the Press Pause Retreat last year and I was conscious of ensuring this year's event was different," she said.
"The facilities at Echidna Gully are just fantastic and ticked a lot of boxes.
"As well as the facilities, we also wanted to promote some of the fantastic services that are available not just in Tamworth, but in the Northern Tablelands and Armidale as well."

"Tickets are going pretty quick and it is a very worthwhile experience," Mrs Carrington said.
"It's going to be such a fun weekend and will showcase some fantastic local businesses and service providers.
