Population explosion
Kevin Anderson's refusal to answer questions about Tamworth's proposed population explosion highlights the nature of our politicians. Knowing an irresponsible policy is not democratically supported, they refuse to answer questions.

Voters are starting to understand the stupidity of endless growth in a finite environment. To secure a sustainable Australia we need to stop over-development and stop over-population.

Lower Fitzroy Street
Have had a couple of suggestions made to me of late regarding the future naming Fitzroy Street between Peel and Kable Ave?

What do our residents think??
Like to hear opinions.

Election promise yet to be sealed
Rangari Road users up in arms regarding the sealing of their road does and would appear that neither council or the state member Mr Kevin Anderson know what the right hand is doing from the left.
But l do find and believe as our state member he fails in the main issues due to his lack of help unless it concerns foreign mining, the country music festival or the greater inner Tamworth area. In fact, l have personally emailed on at least three occasions regarding the state of the Nundle to Tamworth Road.
Also, on the blight of Nundle's and Manilla's water security, but not so unlike that of the Tamworth Regional Council, he showed little or no care for these communities. But my guess they do not count as they are worth little or no vote and out of site out of mind, and foreigners must come first.

Hot under the collar
I'm getting a little hot under the collar and everywhere else when I again read of the consequences of climate change and the people who then deny it. The last decade has been the hottest ever measured and this has been confirmed by both NASA and UK Met Office. The blame lies with human beings and the changes that have made and caused.
Please warm up your brains and accept the truth and then try to remedy what we have done.
