The Biggest Loser star took people through a group workout to wrap up the 12-week program, which was specifically tailored for the region's residents.
Close to 300 participants have followed Bridges' nutritionally balanced meal plans, recipes and workouts.
"I'm beyond proud of my New England Round members - between them they have lost almost 400 kilograms so far," Ms Bridges said.
"Members have told me how they've really noticed a positive uplift in how they're feeling, they're more energised and enthusiastic about life generally.
"There have been some really lovely friendships formed through group exercise activities, such as the free weekly class at Rural Fit.
"These are exactly the sort of positive changes and impacts we hoped to effect in this region and I'm so proud of the members who have really taken on this challenge with gusto."
