The DiJONES Real Estate team will embark on their journey on Sunday with other business colleagues and friends.
ACM spoke to DiJONES PR and communications manager Emma Williams one month ago, and now she says there are almost 40 cars travelling north for the trip.
"Overwhelming is an understatement, I'm absolutely just been blown away with response and consistent enquiries and messages of excitement," Ms Williams said.
"We've got 38 vehicles confirmed, so potentially a couple more, and we anticipate about two to three people per car so between 80-100 people."

The city folk will be visiting stores in Dubbo, Coonamble, and more to help support rural businesses.
Some have also lined up farm stays, to see "firsthand the devastating effects the drought has had".
"They'll see the day-to-day jobs these drought-affected farmers are doing," Ms Williams said.
The DiJONES team also came up with an e-catalogue for those on the drive to check out the stores prior to the trip and "identify businesses that resonate with them".
Ms Williams said the response for this was "phenomenal".
"The whole intention was to curate business submissions directly from businesses themselves. We expected 50 submissions and got about 200 from 43 drought affected towns," she said.
"We did take submissions from places that didn't cover the itinerary because we knew we would be putting it on our website and encouraging other businesses to use it and for people to visit during the Christmas break."
