Police raided a David Street property on Wednesday afternoon - the second search warrant in connection to break-and-enter investigations in Tamworth in as many days.
Operation Southbreak has been investigating property crime in South and West Tamworth and pounced about 2pm, seizing several suspected stolen goods.
Oxley Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy told the Leader the power tools were estimated to be worth about $12,000. Some of the goods included Makita and Milwaukee-branded power tools.

On Tuesday, a woman was charged with goods in custody and possessing what they allege is cannabis after a raid on a Bourne Street home.
Police searched the property as part of Operation Southbreak and seized items they allege are connected to break-and-enter offences in the Tamworth area.
She was granted conditional bail to front Tamworth court at a later date.
Detective Darcy said further charges are expected and investigations are continuing.
"We are making inroads in these investigations into break-and-enters and property crime in Tamworth," he said.
"Both these search warrants were swift responses to break-and-enter offences and both were the result of community information.
"We continue to appeal to the community to assist us with information so that we can track down the offenders and place them before the courts."
Last week, three teenagers were charged in connection to property offences, as part of Operation Southbreak.
