The two-car crash occurred at the intersection of Wirraway and Beaufort streets in Taminda, shortly after midday.
Two four-wheel-drives collided, with the force of the impact flipping a Nissan Patrol onto its roof.
Ambulance NSW said three crews were deployed to the crash after initial reports that people were trapped inside.

Both drivers and the two children inside one of the cars were able to get out safely.
Paramedics assessed all four patients for minor injuries but all were cleared at the scene and did not require transport or further treatment, and Ambulance NSW spokesperson said.
The crash is being investigated and both cars had to be towed from the scene.
