It might seem hard to believe, but locals and visitors are being urged to go have a look-see at the newly nautical nook of the council building.
It is because voting has opened in the annual Challenge Community Services Art Competition.
Now in its 11th year, the art show has become a hotly-contested mainstay of the cultural calendar.

There has been no shortage of artists willing to dive into this year's theme "Under the Sea".
The free competition provides all people with disability and children in foster care across NSW, an opportunity to express themselves through art.
The competition offers more than $3,000 worth of prizes awarded to the winning artist in each age group.
Challenge CEO Barry Murphy said the competition was an important way to show off talent in the region and state.
"The art competition came about when I was visiting sites years ago and noticed we were holding really popular art classes," Mr Murphy said.
"The quality was wonderful and the works showed real talent."
"I asked the staff 'why don't we run a little competition between our clients?'
"Now, 11 years later, we celebrate the talents of not only our clients but people with disability and young people from all over New South Wales, from all other organisations."
Voting opens on Tuesday, December 3, with members of the community encouraged to visit the Challenge Facebook page to vote for their favourite piece, or cast their vote in person at the Ray Walsh House up until December 10
The winners will be announced with a ceremony on December 17.
Artworks will be on display at Ray Walsh House until January 6.
