The markets also serve as a significant fundraiser for the school and its 25 students.
It has regularly polled more than $7000 from the markets which has afforded the kids some invaluable experiences.
"The funds are now injected back into the school to provide funding and support for excursions and opportunities for the kids," Mrs Filby-Martin said.
"It is to make sure that, regardless of being a small school, we still get all of those opportunities.
"We have been able to make sure the kids are going for some big three-to-five day excursions and really experiencing some different places."
Paul West, the host of River Cottage Australia was in Curra for this weekend and made an appearance at the markets.
Ms Filby-Martin said his presence hopefully helped draw some more people through the gates.
The growing interest in the event was testament to the efforts of the P&C and its volunteers, the president said.
"We are completely volunteer run," she said.
"So every single part that happens is because some volunteers in our community come in and help.
"We are really lucky, we come in and get it done and you can see the results of that commitment."
