Servies batted first and struggled early.
They lost opener Sreejan Tarafder for a duck, followed by number three Nathan Street.
Barry Lockwood with 38 and Benji Marshall with 38 not out provided some resistance as Servies posted 9-169.
City's Aran Kenna took 3-35, Simon Butler 2-19, Chris Wild 2-10 while City captain Karl Triebe, along with Andrew Skinner managing one each.
"Chris Wild came up from second grade to fill in and he took two early wickets in the first four overs which got us off to a good start," Triebe said.
"We consistently took wickets which slowed down their scoring rate.
"Simon Butler, he bowled really well; they didn't score many off him, they couldn't get him away."

In their run chase, City's Kyle Taylor continued his form with the bat, scoring 97 not out with 18 fours and a six.
Callum McKercher added 30 as City chased down the required runs in 27.2 overs.
Triebe lauded the duo's efforts but also praised his Servies' counterpart, John Elliot, for his 5-34.
"We lost five wickets, he [Elliot] took those five wickets," Triebe said.
"Probably one of his best bowling efforts. He bowled really well and the guys were trying to see him out more than anything.
"He bowled exceptionally well. He used the conditions of the pitch really well, they suited him and he was very hard to handle for our top-order batsmen."
Triebe said the feeling among City's camp is "pretty positive."
"We seem to be batting well, off the back of Kyle," he said.
"We have found a well-balanced team now and Easts next week, they are the only team we haven't beaten."
