Showcasing what they do best, residents will host a Country Lunch with guest speaker Paul West, followed by Christmas markets and live music.
This year the goal has been to reduce waste at the Currabubula Public School markets, organiser Veronica Filby said.
"Our students are incredibly proactive and passionate about sustainability so we working hard to reduce plastic at our event this year and into the future," she said.
In just two days the Country Lunch sold out, with a delicious three-course meal at the Currabubula Pub and Cafe.
ABC New England North Wests' Jennifer Ingall will interview Paul West live, with entertainment provided by local musician Carly Robinson.
The Christmas Markets are on December 1 and those who attend can meet Mr West and purchase his new cookbook and gardening guide, The Edible Garden.
The volunteer-run markets at Currabubula Public School showcase about 60 stalls from across New South Wales and Queensland.
There's something for everybody, Ms Filby said.
"We have some wonderful new and unique market stalls as well," she said.
"Our market is all about showcasing rural small businesses and we hope people will visit and support these producers."
The markets include a delicious homemade cake stall, a barbecue, coffee van, rock-climbing wall, face painting, jumping castle, book stall and live music.
After the markets there's a Sunday Sesh at the Currabubula Pub, a chance for musicians in the area to perform in front of an audience.
Crowds have grown substantially this year.

It will be an incredible weekend, Ms Filby said, and she hopes everyone comes out to enjoy it.
"It's important to our community that we have these events firstly for people to come together and for us to be able to support our local businesses and small businesses from around NSW that have been struggling with the drought," she said.
