The club has plans to add a reserve grade side to its ranks next season, after fielding a first grade, under-18 and ladies league tag side in 2019.
Cowboys president Rob Brady confirmed the club would be fielding four teams next season at the Group 4 annual general meeting on Sunday.

Brady said plans to recruit new players to fill out the new reserve grade team were in place.
"As a club we are very excited about it," Brady told the Leader.
"Everyone is looking forward to it and hopefully we can get enough players to get it going.
"We've had quite a bit of interest from former players who haven't played in a few years, so we're hopeful we should be able to get it going."
The Cowboys' coaching structure is also set for a shake up in 2020 after Matt Wilson opted to step down from the first-grade coaching role.
In his place will be fellow Dungowan stalwart Sean Ferguson, who helped lead the club's under-18 side to a grand final this season.
"Wilso [Wilson] and Fergs [Ferguson] have been working on getting the reserve grade side going," Brady said.
"We're also hoping a few of our under-18 boys from this season will hang around and step into the senior ranks as well.
"This year we had a pretty strong under-16 side as well, so hopefully those guys are keen to play again and can filter through into the under-18 side."
Brady said a reserve grade side was "the missing link" for the club.
"We're confident we can get it off the ground and if we do it will be the first time our club has fielded a first and reserve grade team," he said.
"It is really exciting and we are confident we can find the right players to help fill out those two teams.
"If anyone is interested in having a run with us they are more than welcome."
