The A boys finished seventh in Division 1, the Bs ninth in Division 3, and the girls sixth in Division 2.
The boys championships were played from Friday to Sunday, and the girls from Saturday to Monday.
The Frogs' girls didn't go home empty handed winning the Play the Whistle award for their division second year in-a-row. The award recognises the team that best demonstrates the true spirit of hockey over the tournament.
Junior girls convenor Lou Giddings said they "played really well" but as was the case with the under-15s they struggled to score goals.
"A lot of the girls haven't played indoor before and they obviously improved vastly over the tournament," she said.
They weren't far off the mark, finishing with three draws from their five games.
Junior players Mackenzie Abra and Ellie Highlands stepped up to coach the side and did a really good job, Giddings said.

Both boys teams improved over the three days and wrapped up their campaigns on a winning note, the As beating Sydney South 3-1 and the B's edging out Parkes (3) 5-4 for their first win of the carnival.
The A's finished with two wins but were competitive in all of their games, and with a bit of luck could have found themselves in the semi-finals, coach Greg Scott said.
"We had a 3-2 loss to eventual winners Metro South West. We had them 2-nil at one stage," Scott said.
"We also competed well against Illawarra South Coast, who finished second in our pool."
Considering they don't have a regular indoor competition to play in and only had a few training runs together, he was really happy with how they went.
"The boys certainly weren't outclassed," he said, adding that in most of their games they had moments where they were dominant.
