"The second bike was seized from a separate location in Tamworth, following investigations.
"These seizures were the result of some good investigative work from our Target Action Group team, and we're appealing for help from the public to find the third motorbike."
The Kawasaki 2017 KLX140 is still outstanding and police are appealing for anyone who might know the whereabouts of the bike to come forward.
No charges have been laid in relation to the seizures but police said investigations are continuing.
TWO CARS STILL MISSING
Meanwhile, police are still searching for two cars stolen during separate break-ins in Calala and North Tamworth on Wednesday night.
The Toyota Hilux was stolen from a Warrah Drive property in Calala after residents disturbed the intruder inside the home.
When confronted, he grabbed the keys to the Hilux and made off with the ute, bearing number plates EAW-64L.
A Ford Falcon, bearing number plates 092-VTH, was stolen during a break-in at a Scarborough Close home.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen the stolen vehicles to contact Tamworth police on 6768 2999.
