AN Armidale woman has been forced to undertake blood and urine tests after a man died in a horror crash near Bellingen.

The man died when a car and motorcycle collided on Waterfall Way at about 4pm on Friday.
The rider is believed to be a man aged in his 50s and is yet to be formally identified.
Tragically he died at the scene, it's believed he is from the Coffs Harbour area.
The three people travelling in the car were taken to the Coffs Harbour Health Campus suffering minor injuries.
The 31-year-old female driver from Armidale has undergone mandatory blood and urine testing after Waterfall Way was closed in both directions for four hours after the crash.

The road was reopened at 8pm.
Police will now prepare a report for the coroner.
