Police and family members said Jean De Gunst hadn't been seen since midday on Friday, October 11, in Armidale.
Her family took to Facebook on Sunday night to say the missing 93-year-old had been found in a paddock, believed to be near Armidale.
Family members said Mrs De Gunst was found in her car by a local farmer.
Police and ambulance crews were alerted and paramedics assessed the woman at the scene.
She was taken to Armidale hospital for specialist assessment by doctors. Her injuries and condition were unknown on Sunday night.
The discovery came after a two-day search for the 93-year-old who hadn't been seen since leaving a doctors appointment in Armidale on Friday.

POLICE say they hold grave fears for the whereabouts of an elderly woman missing from Armidale.
Jean De Gunst hasn't been seen since midday on Friday, October 11, in Armidale.
Mrs De Gunst is 93 years of age and police said they hold serious concerns for her welfare.
Officers said Mrs De Gunst went to a planned doctor's appointment at about midday on Friday in Rusden Street in Armidale, but disappeared after.

On Sunday afternoon, police confirmed there had been no sightings of Mrs De Gunst or the car she was travelling in.
Police said she is believed to be driving a 2014 Red Mazda 2 sedan, bearing NSW registration plates CWD15M.
Investigators are urging anyone who might have seen Mrs De Gunst on Friday, or since, to contact Armidale police on 6771 0699.
Similarly, anyone who might have seen her car or knows the whereabouts is also urged to come forward.
