The five-day competition pitted the Tamworth-based side against some of the best soccer teams in the state.
Coming up against the top-of-the-table Bellingen FC (Football Mid North Coast) in the final, two second-half goals saw Northies across the line.

The victory was made even more special as it came after a gutsy 1-0 win over Maitland in the semi-final earlier in the day.
NNSWF football events and operations co-ordinator Annalisa Ceccato said it was a brilliant final day of football.
The 15s and 16s age groups Finals were really exciting matches capping off what has been three great days of football," Ceccato said.
"It's wonderful to be able have teams from various regions congregating at tournaments like this and hopefully for these players it's been a rewarding way to finish their 2019 seasons."
Northies will now return to the region with the spoils of their victory.
The girls grand finals will be held on Friday.
