A final quarter goal frenzy saw the Pride run out 7-nil victors and make it two-from-two to start their Hockey One campaign.
After a scoreless first quarter, Tom Craig opened the scoring for the Pride in the final minute of the second quarter. Blake Govers doubled their advantage in the third courtesy of a penalty stroke.
Govers found the net again in the final quarter, along with Kurt Lovett and Timothy Brand as the Pride went on a five-goal rampage with Lovett and Brand both successful with their conversions.
The women's side featuring Alice Arnott and Kate Jenner meanwhile remain winless after suffering a second straight 2-1 loss. Trailing 2-nil at half-time, the Pride came out firing in the third quarter challenging the Chill penalty corner defence which eventually gave out and saw the Pride score to close within a goal.

The final quarter saw both teams create attacking opportunities, but both goal keepers were too good.
After scoring the Pride's lone goal in the opening round in what was her NSW senior representative debut, Arnott was unable to find the back of the net on Saturday but did score a goal off the pitch during the week when named in the 18-player under-21s team for the Tri-Series against India and New Zealand later in the year.
The majority of the team selected by Jillaroos head coach Tim White, come from the National Junior Squad athlete pool, which was finalised following the under-21s national championships in July.
"We think we have chosen a talented group who, with good preparation, should come together to be a good unit when we play the Tri Series in December," White said.
"It's an exciting group and one we're looking forward to working with."
The series will be held in Canberra from December 3-8 .With limited opportunities to get the players together and work with them as a group, White said the matches and preceding training camp is a crucial and valuable time.
"This is a really important event in the national junior calendar," he said.
"It is the key international series for our junior squad in 2019 so we see this series as a really important competition opportunity."
Following the Tri Series, the players will get back into training in their home States in January before coming together for a national junior camp in February leading up to four matches against the Japanese under-21 women's team.
