Aussie Nightmarkets will bring its international food and dessert experience to Tamworth for the first time this weekend.
The event started in Sydney and has grown from there, organiser Sam Adams said.
"We'll bring a range of food trucks and a whole range of international foods, so people can expect to find gourmet burgers to paella," he said.
"On top of that we've got a dedicated dessert section with 10 vendors who just do over-the-top gourmet desserts as well as a huge kids area.
"We'll have a bungy, games, bouncy castle and a retail sections with handmade goods while they wait for the dessert belly to kick in."
Hosted at Tamworth Jockey Club, there's also alcoholic tipples on offer for the adults.
Crazy Train and the Gerard Taylor Trio will provide live entertainment on the Saturday and Sunday.
It's just a gold coin donation to enter for those aged over 15, and a family-friendly event, Mr Adams said.
"It's something you can bring your whole family down to, there's different foods, games, live music, a really nice, chill atmosphere.
