Foxman, who faces five charges stemming from an alleged event at the venue earlier this year, was banned from posting about his case on social media.
On Monday, police prosecutor Sergeant Matt Pawsey told Tamworth Local Court Foxman had received a formal warning for a breach of bail.
"There is a condition in terms of electronic media, a warning was given to Mr Foxman but I'm happy for bail to continue," Mr Pawsey said.
"He made a post via social media in contravention of his bail, he is not to use any form of social media platform to post or discuss this matter."
The 49-year-old has pleaded not guilty to five charges, including allowing indecency at the popular nightclub and influencing a witness.
Oxley police licencing unit charged Foxman with allowing indecency at the venue between 7pm on June 14 and 12.30am the next day.
Police have also accused Foxman of failing to comply with a request made of him in connection with his obligations as a licensee, without lawful excuse, between June 27 and July 11.
He faces two intimidation charges and another for allegedly acting with intent to influence a witness.
It's alleged Foxman called one of the men giving evidence in the case and asked him to lie or withhold the truth. Police claim he intimidated the same man and another on July 7.
The court heard yesterday Foxman had commented on a stranger's post about the case.
Magistrate Julie Soars found he had breached his bail conditions.

"Every time you come back before the court with an alleged breach of bail it is harder to get bail again," she said.
"Please consider that a warning."
There was trouble setting a trial date due to more than an hour of CCTV footage that will need to be watched.
The matter was adjourned to December for hearing.
