Making the trip to Campbelltown Stadium minus several key players such as Mitchell Henderson with injury, Farrer proved to be no match for their highly-fancied city counterparts.
An early tournament favorite, Westfield's side featured several state-level players, while Farrer made the journey with only 15 players available after injuries took their toll.
Farrer stars Trent Taylor and Mark Simon were gallant in their side's loss, while the rest of the side tried manfully to limit the scoring power of their Sydney-based opponents.
The loss brings an end to Farrer's statewide competitions for 2019, after a loss to Hills Sports High School in June saw them eliminated from the University Shield competition.
