Heading into the final round of the AFL North West home and away season, the Swans sit fourth on the ladder, equal on points with the New England Nomads, who play host to the Moree Suns on Saturday.
In order for the Swans to earn the right to host the semi final against the Nomads in a fortnight's time, the side must defeat their local rivals on Saturday.

As well as securing victory for themselves, the Swans must also rely on the Nomads losing their clash with the Suns in order to leapfrog their future opponents.
However, Swans midfielder Ben Jaffrey said the side was only focused on this weekend's game.
"After our last loss to Gunnedah, we came together and decided our goal was to win our final three games," Jaffrey said.
"We've won two on the trot so far and we are keen to make it three."
The clubs women's teams will also battle it out at Tamworth No.1 Oval on Saturday from 12pm, followed by the men's game at 2pm.
