So says Gunnedah manager Stan Gaynor, following the 37-28 win in Moree.
However, Gaynor said Gunnedah again let themselves down with ill-discipline, after halfback Darrell Morrison and centre Seva Nadruku received yellow cards "back to back".

Still, the fifth-placed Red Devils got the win - their eighth this year - which left them feeling "very proud" and "elated", Gaynor said.
"It's a big effort to beat Moree once in a season, let alone twice, especially up there on ladies day ... we couldn't be happier," he said.
"But at the same time, we're still outside those finals spots [they are one point behind fourth-placed Pirates].
"So we celebrated accordingly last night [Saturday] and then turned our attention to Walcha this weekend."
Gunnedah host first-placed Walcha on Saturday.
Gaynor said a key positive to come out of the Moree clash was the fact Gunnedah "closed out the game" - something they failed to do in a 28-23 away loss to Pirates two rounds back.
The Red Devils have won back-to-back matches after beating Quirindi 50-15 at home the previous round.
"[Against Moree] were under pressure ... playing 20 minutes of the game with 14 men, but we still managed to see it out," Gaynor said.
"Just a much better all-round effort from everyone. We stuck to our game plan a lot better yesterday [Saturday]. We cut out a lot of the silly errors."
"We're still not the finished product," he added. "Two yellow cards shows that. We're still shooting ourselves in the foot a bit ... but certainly improving, for sure."
