Playing host to the Swans at the Moree Showgrounds, the Suns were in touch with the visitors at the first break, trailing by 23 points.
However, the Swans straightened up their kicking in front of goal, to pile on six majors in the second term, to lead by 41 points at the main break.

The second half then belonged to the Swans as they went on to kick six goals to one to run out 16-15-111 to 5-8-38 winners.
Jesse Verdouw and Dale Gericke each kicked three goals for the winners, while Daniel Brown (two goals) was one of the Suns' best on the day.
The win sees the Swans sit fourth on the ladder, level on points with the New England Nomads and two games clear of the Tamworth Kangaroos in fifth.
The Swans will now turn their focus to a final round clash with the Roos, while the Suns will take on the Nomads.
A victory over the Roos could see the Swans earn the right to host the minor semi final, should the Nomads also loose to the Suns next week.
