Eau du Baiada
Upon reading your article regarding the expansion of Oakburn Baiada to three times it's current size I am alarmed. The article states the smell from the facility is a non issue, I shudder to think what the blanket of stench would be like and how far that has to spread would constitute to be considered an issue.

Living with 10kms of the plant is bad enough at current. The smell is strong enough to make me check the property for nearby dead animals, regret having to use the air conditioner which just pulls the stench right into our house and driving past always requires the use of recirculated air and even that often can not keep the smell out. It is disgusting.
The increased demand on water is of great concern in such a significant drought with no end in sight. The increased traffic on the highway, Wallamore Road and in the industrial area is also a safety concern.
Let's not increase our production of stench and use more water we need to be conserving.

National Farm Safety Week
National Farm Safety Week is held each year to raise awareness for farm safety issues across Australia. For the past twenty years there has been a focus on increasing first aid knowledge in the event of a farm injury, and we have seen a reduction in on-farm injury related deaths.
There is, however, more to be done. This week, during National Farm Safety Week, St John Ambulance NSW are reminding farmers and those working on rural properties to check that their first aid kits are current. It is vitally important to ensure that first aid kits are accessible, and all family members, employer's and contractors know where the first aid kits are kept, whether that's in a machinery shed, car, or family property.
Help can often be hours away and having the skills to be able to tourniquet a bleed or perform CPR can be the difference between life and death. With tractors, quads, motorbikes and horses accounting for almost half of all farm accidents, this week, Farmsafe Australia is looking to educate people on the importance of first aid and knowing what to do in those critical moments after an accident and before help arrives.
By ensuring farms have the first aid training and equipment to help in the event of an emergency, we can make sure we're building more resilient farming communities.

Barnaby Joyce's new office
He recently upgraded his office for $650K. The so called security concerns are being transferred to a new location. Joyce has absolutely no regard for the tax payers dollars.
Bob Rafto,

Waste of taxpayers money Once again we see Barnaby with his snout in the trough wasting taxpayers money.
Peter Reod,
Mount Helen
The only reason Barnacles wants a new office is to match his over inflated ego. Why do the press even bother with this twit? He rants and raves on just about every subject that he sticks his irrelevant monica on?
