Magpies' functions co-ordinator Simone Upton said the day would help celebrate "the women who help make our game great."
"Our theme this year is empowering women in rugby," Upton told the Leader.
"Around that theme we will recognise women in rugby and celebrate the progress we have made in growing the women's game.
"For example, we are the only club in the competition that has a women's only dressing room.
"So we are hoping that the funds we raise this year will help go towards creating a dressing room for the visiting team, as well as promoting the game as a whole.
"Also, we will be looking to hopefully set up some forums with high-profile speakers for women participating and contributing to rugby, and the wider sporting community."
Magpies has enjoyed its best season in the New England competition, with all four men's teams preparing for a finals campaign.
The progress has not stopped with just the men's teams, the Magpies women's team recently notched up their first-ever consecutive victories.
"One of the truly special things about our team is that it is so diverse," Upton said.
"We have some girls who are mums, doctors and some that are still at school.
"It really is a wonderful dynamic and hopefully our ladies day can help that grow."
Rugby Park's gates will open at 10am for the day's action, with the function beginning at 1pm.
"Tickets cost $50 and are available online," Upton said.
"The price of the ticket includes food, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks.
"The function will run from 1pm until the end of the first grade game, after which we will continue to raise funds and auction off the commemorative jerseys."
